FINALIST # 1 HILLIE DELICIOSO

I joined Second Life early in 2009. I quickly became interested in designing and building. I am a creative person in real life, and SL allows me to push beyond the limits of what is possible for me in RL. I am formerly a newspaper reporter and photographer who moved into Public Relations and Marketing. I am a weekend "hobby" painter. I use all mediums, but I adore working with acrylics.

I became interested in SL photography early on, and most recently fashion photography has become my passion. I became interested in modeling and styling through my work in photographic arts for my flickr stream http://www.flickr.com/photos/hilliedelicioso/. I recently graduated from The Costa Rica Modeling Academy and was honored with Best of Class awards, which included a modeling contract for Costa Rica Sims Productions.

I follow the modeling career of Rusalka Callisto, who is one of the models I most admire. So of course I chose to wear the dress named for her in this contest.
The dress has a very Spanish/Aztec look to me in the textures and design. So I styled it with a Spanish hairstyle accentuated with peach colored roses, which pick up the peach colors in the dress. I wore Aztec-looking jewlery in earth tones to further pull the Spanish/Aztec look together.

I enjoyed participating in the contest. Thank you so much for offering these wonderful experiences for us.

Sometimes this job is hard because requires many time and dedication but it's very fun.

After a quarter of year hibernating and contemplating on some real life situations. DMG Creations is back with 4 new releases: Rusalka White Cocktail, Rusalka Boho Outfit, Diona Spring Babydoll dress and Diona Blue Boho Babydoll dress named after 2011 DMG Creative Look Monthly winners Rusalka Callisto(January 2011) and Diona Silverweb(February 2011).

Only the Rusalka Outfits will be the participating outfit for June 2011. Deadline of Submission of Entries will be on June 30. Finalists will be announced on July 2nd and winners will be announced on July 5th.The winner will be E-Style's cover model for its next issue.

RULES:
1. Picture should be 1024 x 1024 showing how you styled the participating outfit. It should be full perm and named DMG Creative Look June 2011(your name).
2. Another picture (headshot) should be submitted in a folder with a notecard telling a little something about yourself and why you join the contest.

Hello,
I am Perla Rae and have been in Second Life since January 2009. My reasons for coming to second life was to meet new people and explore new places. Specifically travel to sims in Europe and other other countries that I have not had the opportunity to visit in 1st Life.

Since I have been in in Second Life I became interested in role playing sims and fashion. Also I enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Modeling has always been something that I have wanted to pursue as I love reading the fashion magazines and visiting designer stores. There are many talented and gifted designers in Second Life. My goal is to be able to model some of their fabulous designs on the runway and in print ads. I see myself as the mannequin to display such wonderful designs. Enhancing my modeling career is my top priority now.

I am a very a friendly and out going person and love stimulating conversation.

TIP FROM THE JUDGES:
There should be harmony between the dress, the pose and the background used to be able to create one striking photograph that catches the eye.

One of our judges is a photographer and the two are fashion critiques/professional bloggers.
They based their decision on the set criteria I gave them which are:
CREATIVITY and STYLE 40%,
POSE and PROJECTION 40%,
OVERALL IMPACT/BACKGROUND USED(to complement the dress appropriately)10%,
FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS(picture labeling etc..) 10%

June rezzed in SL on 11/9/2007 and has owned and operated several Clubs. June's career in Sl Modeling started two years ago when she started to do Photography. With the love of clothes and fashion, June soon found that Secondlife had some very talented designers.

Having a girlhood dream of being a fashion model, June realized that her dreams could come true in Secondlife. So she seeked out different Agencies. First joined VooDoo Vogue Agency where she did numerous Fashion Shows. before they closed down.

June did not realized the hard work that she had to put in but found it was worth it and very rewarding, they taught her so much. Now she has so much more confidence in herself and her abilities. June's hard work paid off when she won Ms Best Model in SL 2010.

June has set and acheived several of her goals in this fabulous world of fashion, she knows she can achieve more. June's main goal now is to become the best model in Secondlife that she can be and to pass on her knowledge to other aspiring models that wish to persue this wonderful profession

TIPS FROM THE CREATOR/DESIGNER:

WE MAKE THE CONTEST FAIR AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE USING THE FOLLOWING MEASURES:
1. We don't depend on photoshopped pics. We are judging the model's creativity and style and not the photographer for two reasons: we wanted you to shine on your own and not depend on your photographer plus it cuts on your expense.
2. We submit the pictures with no names to the judges. If you want to see what i mean you can visit http://dmgjudgesblog.blogspot.com it is an exclusive blog for judges. The judges are chosen only a day before the announcement of winners. This eliminates the bias of choosing whom you are friends with.
3. Eventhough we make these rules to live by, the contestant should bear in mind not to forget the basics of any clothing contest.
- YOU SHOULD "SHOW" the clothing in its entirety and not hide the details of the dress.
- IF YOU ARE SUBMITTING A PICTURE WEARING A GOWN, A WHOLE BODY SHOT SHOWING THE ENTIRE GOWN IS REQUIRED. CLOSE UP AND MIDI SHOTS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
- IF YOU ARE SUBMITTING A PICTURE WEARING A COAT A MIDI SHOT IS BETTER.
- EVEN IF WE GIVE GREATER POINTS IN POSE YOUR POSE SHOULD BE APPROPRIATE FOR THE ITEM YOU ARE WEARING.
- THE BACKGROUND OF THE PICTURE WHICH ONLY ENHANCE THE OVER ALL QUALITY SHOULD OF COURSE BE APPROPRIATE AND IN SYMMETRY TO YOUR CLOTHING AND POSE.
- THE PROPORTION OF THE PICTURE ON THE BACKGROUND SHOULD BE IN SUCH A WAY THAT YOU DONT LOOK SO TINY AND LOST IN SPACE

With all these in mind I hope you make it better next time. Remember we are the only contest that allows you to become a COVER MODEL OF A MAGAZINE plus you get prizes just becoming a finalist. The participating outfit you bought at a price of 350-500 lindens is only half of the prize of the 24 shoo-shoes that you will get as a finalist and the chance of being in the magazine spread is a priveledge for only the few.

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE FOLLOWING FINALISTS:

It is the first time that 2 participating outfits were allowed in the monthly contest and it is the first time that the contest was made exclusive for female models. These are some of the changes we have been mentioning since the last quarter of 2010.
I also stopped store modeling for a while since I cannot monitor the models personally and I don't want to depend 100% on my manager Devi Longfall who will be busy in our upcoming Valentine Fashion Show. Rest assured store modeling will be resumed once I have more free time RL to spend in SL.

Rusalka is a proud member of the KDSM Elite Models and Costa Rica Sims Productions families. She is also currently attending the Miss Virtual World Academy. In addition to modeling, Rusalka is also a photographer, SL lifestyle & fashion writer at http://ThisSecondLife.com and co-owns Rusalka Designs and Photography Studio with her partner, Felsputzer Lowtide.

I have been a fan of E-STYLE magazine for a while, but I only recently gained the courage to try out such a tough contest! Landing a magazine cover would, of course, be a dream. More than that though, I simply enjoy the challenge of competing with the other amazing models and photographers out there striving for the same goal. Plus, this contest introduced me to DMG Creations, which truly inspired me to create this photo with their fabulous outfit of the month. After I had the outfit and got to playing with styling and backgrounds, I was having so much fun I just had to enter!

Hello my name is VelvetOnyx Jewell
i speak german and english
I was Student in Icarus Model academy my Trainer was Lars Foulsbane.
I am a model because I love fashion and I like to meet new people. I also love the diversity of options to change my look.
My goals are to learn as much as possible to be a really good model and work with the best designers in SL and help new models to make their way in the world of Fashion.

I was born 5/16/2007

When I start in SL I worked in a Club as a manager. One part of my tasks was to plan the schedule of the dancers and to plan and conduct contests. In the Club I worked for more than a half year, then there was a owner change, I got the chance to work as a moderator for slr2 a german radiostation. I had my own weekly radio show named " Jewellhearts - Unterwegs in Sachen Liebe" I traveld in SL to nice places where couples can have a nice time. Sometimes I helped people to say sorry or tell their sweetheart that they love him or her.
I worked there for more than a year.
After that I don´t realy worked in SL, sometimes I pland weddings for friends, part from differnet medivial Roleplays and tried to create some clothes.
In April 2010 me and two friends bought a homestead sim and we started our own Roleplay Sim.
I was administrator there and worked as the finacial coordinator. We closed the sim after 5 months.
In January i opened my own Agency for modeling and dance specialy to teach german models.

I am Puhi Rotaru and have been modeling since August 2007. I am a graduate of EVANE in August 2007 and have been affiliated with many prestege agencies . I am currently attending MVW academy for a refresher course. I have worked for many talented designers and have done numerous runway shows, live modeling and some print work for contests. I have entered and placed in many contest and semi-finals and finals.
I want to join this contest to present DMG and Estyle in a professional manner and grace the cover of a awesome magazine. Also , to represent my unique style to the SL fashion world.

June rezzed in SL on 11/9/2007 and has owned and operated several Clubs. June's career in Sl Modeling started two years ago when she started to do Photography. With the love of clothes and fashion, June soon found that Secondlife had some very talented designers.

Having a girlhood dream of being a fashion model, June realized that her dreams could come true in Secondlife. So she seeked out different Agencies. First joined VooDoo Vogue Agency where she did numerous Fashion Shows. before they closed down.

June did not realized the hard work that she had to put in but found it was worth it and very rewarding, they taught her so much. Now she has so much more confidence in herself and her abilities. June's hard work paid off when she won Ms Best Model in SL 2010.

June has set and acheived several of her goals in this fabulous world of fashion, she knows she can achieve more. June's main goal now is to become the best model in Secondlife that she can be and to pass on her knowledge to other aspiring models that wish to persue this wonderful profession

Hello, my name is Meri Dagger, and i thank you for looking over what i tried to create for your contest!
My resume is not extensive, i only just started at D.A.B. modeling academy, but since i have been immersed in this culture i have not only begun to strive to be the very best that i can be, but that, as it has always been, to make my avatar into a custom made art form. Modeling has been a breath of fresh air, and it has finally given me something to truly enjoy here in Second Life.
Personally, the two biggest things about me is that i LOVE to make people laugh, and i am a very loyal family member and friend, =).
The reason i signed up for this, is my boss, Trinity Graves, told me about it, and wanted me to join with her. I take this as a great opportunity to see just what i can do. Thank you for your time and consideration!

Hello Models, I hope you are all well. As you all know we have hit a hard time for this show. Rezzed TV had to cancel because of RL, I have been missing because of moving and no internet connection in RL, and Seree has RL issues going on as well. And of course we have hit the busiest season of all. So the name of the show may have to be changed if we can't do it before Christmas in the next few days.

Seree sent some outfits by mistake so I need a list of all of the outfits you have received from her and Topaz Joubert. You can keep the outfits I just need to know what you have so I can tell you which ones to wear. If you dont' have your poses already, tp to Morgane Batista's Poses Shop and either purchase the poses and she will reimburse you for them, or send her a NC with the poses you want. Also tp to 24 Shoe shoo's and send 2408 Alekseev a NC with the name of the pair of shoes you want. Winning the dmg creations contest of November is a real honor for me.
I just start working as a model and receive this important confirmation literally took my breath away.
Playing with the look and photography are my main passions and discover to be able to do it well is a great satisfaction for me specially because, I have to admit this, the competition was not easy and all the other finalists were more than perfect.

Dubbed as "ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS" to be held on DEC 18th 4pm SLT at DMG RUNWAY in BRASOV CITY

The idea came from DMG Runway Manager DEVI LONGFALL. Devi always believed in me that I can make things happen. She started organizing the dates of the casting and the show and contacted several sponsors.

Very timely that my cousin FLOYD MISTWALKER just recently released his runway chair and he gave me a customized chair. What is a customized chair without a runway? So i started making a runway at the 2nd floor of the DMG MAINSTORE and designed it like a winter park appropriate for Devi's idea.

We started casting for the show last Dec 5 6 pm SLT. First we offered it exclusively to DMG models but the response was not favorable due to time differences. We then opened the casting outside the DMG model group and got a favorable response. We were able to choose 4 female and 2 male models..

The models who participated in the casting were:

I have been modeling for over a year now. I love shopping, modeling and playing greedy as often as i can. I am thrilled to be an E-STYLE Magazine Creative Look finalist for November and am honoured to have been chosen along with the other lovely models who all submitted wonderful photos. I am a professional model, stylist and model trainer with extensive experience in runway, print and live modeling as well as experience as an agency director, model instructor and fashion show producer.

I trained at The Miss Virtual World, GLANCE, Super Elite and Model Pages International modeling academies and I am currently a student at Evane. I am in the process of opening PANACHE! Model Management and Avatar Makeover Services where I will continue my work as an avatar makeover artist and will train models in a small group setting.

While still very much a work in progress myself, I really enjoy working as a model instructor and assisting others to makeover and style themselves. It is an honour and a priveledge to be a part of the self development of others.

I'm Maile Michinaga and one of the November Finalists. I just recently made my 4th rezzed year in SL. Yes, im that old but im always learning! I started SL watching my RL friends creating their avatars and i thought to myself, this looks like fun so i give it a try.
I didnt start modeling until two years ago when i accidentally tp'ed into a major modeling agencies fashion show. Not way to start modeling but it perked my interest to look into this new world.
I took classes, attended workshops and even casted to get experience to get a feel of what it is like and learn. I found it fun and challenging and met alot of new friends and theyre are still good friends even to this day.

I have submitted some photo contest and did a little catwalk,

My name is Allison Vanderbor, I am from the USA, living on the west coast, and was rezzed on May 9th, 2010. I have been successful in Secondlife as a professional model and business owner. In my modeling career, I graduated from EnVogue Modeling Academy and I am currently a model for Loveli Inc., PRAKA, Maritima and DMG Creations. I was chosen as Loveli's Top Model for the Loveli Model Search in November 2010. I have modeled in various fashion shows such as; Loveli's Phantom of the Opera show, A&R Designs and 69 Designs. In addition, I have done print ads for PRAKA & Ice Princess in Black Diamond Magazine and PRAKA in E-STYLE Anniversary Edition Magazine.

After a lot of hard work and dedication, I became a partner with PRAKA on November 18th, 2010. PRAKA owns a fine arts gallery, fashion mall and club called Twilight. My motivation and commitment is fierce towards my modeling career as well as my business.

I am pleased to be a DMG finalist again having just embarked upon a modeling career. Less than a year ago I came to SL to work on an education project and have stayed to experience the richness of virtual reality and how it changes your first life in many ways you can not imagine until you have lived here. Fashion as art abounds in SL and so my interest in all aspects of the SL fashion industry keeps growing.

I live on the water in the quirky, interesting Victorian Steampunk village of Caledon, but shed my Victorian clothes for more contemporary styles when out in the greater Linden world. You will often find me dancing at the jazz clubs, blues bars, and live concerts where SL fashion abounds.

My name is Saphire Kamala , called Saphy by My Friends, I was born to SL on the 17th December 2008...

Original I came to SL to do creative roleplaying, which I successfully did until recently , having spend time exploring this wonderful in-world and having a natural interest in fashion , I decided to leave My roleplay and join the vast growing Industry of Fashion,

joining the Fashion Institute as a student , and the Fashion Palace as a Customer Service Rep, learning a lot during My time there , I did complete and earned My Graduation successfully . I did leave briefly due to RL but returned recently ,I am now working as an In-store Model at Sage , as a Runway Model for Maleha Modeling Agency & School and now as Runway Model for DMG having become a Finalist for October.

I would like to broaden My Horizon on Fashion and Photography as well as styling ,

I enjoy themeparks and do all sorts of activites on SL from sky diving to visiting beautiful styled sims. and of course exploring the great amount of fashion houses . I relax by dancing or simply chilling with friends.

Heya everyone its me Catlyn again. I started my Modeling Career back in August and to my honor I had one of the best teachers I think anyone could ever have. I then Proceeded my way through her Basic Class and move on to another wonderful teacher's Advanced (runway) Class. These two ladies taught me everything I needed to know. However, there are those in my life who have been there supporting me from day one or from the day I met them. Rissa and Candi were both wonderful teachers and have supported me through everything I do. Lolita, well Lolita is my SL sister who I have grown so close to we are sisters in every meaning of the word. She's been there for me through the ups and the downs and always encouraging me to do my best even though it may not always be enough. Now Marie and Linda, those to fine ladies graduated from the advance class the cycle before me....and boy....they have helped me through that and helped me so much more in learning who I am as a model and where I want to go. All these lovely ladies have made an amazing impact on my life and I am proud to call them all my friends. This photo was helped formed by all of you even though you may not know it. I love you all and thank you all so much for helping me when I need it.

I never thought I would be on the cover of any magazine here in SL, this is such an honor for me!

Thanks so much to the judges and everyone who helped make this possible. All the designers who support this contest, and to Docseree and Kimmera who put so much into what they do, you make SL a brighter place! Big Hugs!!

I came to SL in April of 08 to explore the fashion industry. It wasn't long before I discovered the modeling world and got my first job modeling for JCNY. Knowing that I need more training as a model, I enrolled in MODA Modeling School and graduated in Feb 09 and was later promoted as a MODA Spotlight Model which airs Monday nights on SLTV.

Since then I have done an array of modeling jobs including print work and runway and entered several contests along the way. I later took a job at Calendar Models of SL as the CCO and tryed my hand at photography. It was pretty tough for me in the beginning because I as working with a program I knew nothing about but with the help of my SL partner Eric, I was able to overcome those obsticles. I learn so many new things everyday, SL really challenges my creative side more than I could have ever imagined.

I graduated from 2 other modeling schools, and began to design a line of fashions and jewelry for our store. I recently accepted a position for the Onyx Bills SFL Football team as a Cheer Coach and later was promoted by the SFL as an All-Star Cheerleader. I am really excited about the SFL, it's brought so many new opportunities into SL!

I love all I do in SL and couldnt imagine my life without any one of them. Modeling in SL certainly can have its ups and downs but I still feel now as I did in the beginning when I came to SL, I am so honored to be part of this fashion world, from the people I have met to the things I have learned, its been an incredible
journey.

Eilonweeh Grantly started her modeling carrer when she joined the team of Pole Fashion Models and was hired as a Store Model on June 2010. After joining Pole Fashion, it opened her doorways to Delirium Styles and was hired as a Live Model and became Elba's Grand Prize winner in their photo contest. She realized that she wants more from just being a store model so with the sponsorship given to her by Ms. Stacy Maracas, she enrolled in MA Modeling Agency and Academy and graduated on September 12, 2010.

RUNWAY RULES:

-Observe proper decorum on the runway at all times
-No duplication of outfit on the runway. Courtesy should be given to the first model who clocked in

Eilonweeh Grantly was born on April 25, 2010. I want to be called as ✿❤✿ Eil ✿❤✿

As I am still new to Second Life I have already set what I wanted out from this game and that is to be a Fashion Model.... but as I lived my life I realized it is impossible..

Back then I am just a simple girl having so many dreams ... I've already given up my hopes to be a model.

Met lots of amazing people here in SL who have helped me reached the point where I am now...I am so thankful for their love and care and that makes me realized something...you cannot live ur life alone, all we need to survive in this game is a simple hi and a warmth hello.

I'm a risk taker...and never regret it. It had opened a lot of doors for me and I've accidentally made a life here in SL... and having a life means lots of responsibilities.

I'm thankful I have found the most amazing family my Blue Family Ben and Stacy, my sister Hepzibah who is very loving and protective and my baby brother Jordan. As some would say we are like MAFIA.. we take extra care ㋡.

And to my extended family Angel, Bri, Chelsea, Seree and Yajiru who were my best of friends and my sisters too, to the most amazing guy in SL my ever loving and supportive brother Navarro.

My dearest friend turned niece Sophie, who have opened my eyes that I need to be beautiful... My Begad, who were always there for me listening and knows all my ups and down....ever so caring and loving.

And to my Forever, who taught me a lot of things in life and I really learned a lot. He just knows his way to my ♥.

To all that I've met along the way...people I've worked with and to those who have showed me the right path to my success...

KIMBER KASSNER

I came to SL in April of 08 to explore the fashion industry. It wasn't long before I discovered the modeling world and got my first job modeling for JCNY. Knowing that I need more training as a model, I enrolled in MODA Modeling School and graduated in Feb 09 and was later promoted as a MODA Spotlight Model which airs Monday nights on SLTV.

Since then I have done an array of modeling jobs including print work and runway and entered several contests along the way. I later took a job at Calendar Models of SL as the CCO and tryed my hand at photography. It was pretty tough for me in the beginning because I as working with a program I knew nothing about but with the help of my SL partner Eric, I was able to overcome those obsticles. I learn so many new things everyday, SL really challenges my creative side more than I could have ever imagined.

I graduated from 2 other modeling schools, and began to design a line of fashions and jewelry for our store. I recently accepted a position for the Onyx Bills SFL Football team as a Cheer Coach and later was promoted by the SFL as an All-Star Cheerleader. I am really excited about the SFL, it's brought so many new opportunities into SL!

I love all I do in SL and couldnt imagine my life without any one of them. Modeling in SL certainly can have its ups and downs but I still feel now as I did in the beginning when I came to SL, I am so honored to be part of this fashion world, from the people I have met to the things I have learned, its been an incredible
journey.

Hi! My name is Alexandrea Ryada. I'm sort of new to SL having a rez date of 03/05/10 but I've already fallen in love with the fashions and the modelling industry here. ZIGRICH ZIGMOND
I saw Zigrich at MA Modeling Fashion show which I hosted just recently. It was indeed a funny experience because I was TPed the last minute. Notecard given just a few minutes before the show. Zig is an MA Modeling Student. He showed dedication to his work and since one position is left vacant when Lars Foulsbane left for other endeavors I offered him the job which he gladly accepted. I am thankful because he saved me from the casting call I am planning to do.

Currently living and working in Florida (RL)and working with DMG Creations at the Brasov City as a Live Model in store(SL), Victor Leon Fernandez (also known as Zigrich Zsigmond in this virtual world game called SECOND LIFE )is widely known for his social commentary,Modeling,Building Site,Photo shoot,jewerly, delivered through his portrayals of characters from the city streets and using this virual world game has also increased his abilities to become professional. While the idea of using the urban landscape as a canvas Fashion/Modeling/Audio remains a constant, he continues to show his fine art/audio/modeling in Fashion in Tampa Bay Florida,Arm force,Germany,Second life and New York among others. He was recently invited to exhibit at the New York City Museum in West side New York and has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, Puerto Rico High City( " LA Boba") and Face Book and flickr.

Born in Puerto Rico ( RL ) and raise in the heart of NEW YORK CITY AND FLORIDA in 1971,(Born SL 12-20-2006 ) married for 7 years and 3 fabulous children is part of a growing dimension of urban contemporary artists/aduio/tech/dancer, changing the scene of traditional and non-traditional art and visual media. After attending the Art Institute and Audio Visual of Puerto Rico and Arts/Modeling with an emphasis on fine art illustration, he honed his skills at the Photo/Art/Modeling Institute of Puerto Rico, graduating in 1993 has also attended The MA modeling Academy and on the 11th of September will be graduating from MA Academy. He moved to the east coast a year later to pursue a job offer and started the creative Audio Visual and business. Its success allows, Fernandez (Zsigmond) to continue his path as an accomplished Audio and Visual( A.VT.) and Second Life, contemporary artist/Modeling and as-AUDIO VISUAL TECH/Photo Shoot.

ZIGRICH ZSIGMOND FACT STATEMENT

I always wanted a normal job or to live a normal life. other than myself. Repetition bores me. Traffic aggravates me. Stampedes scare me. I started doing stuff on the streets as a way to reach a wider demographic of people with my “unlearn” message; the positive reaction kept me going. Self-expression in a public environment, to me, is for the most part based on truth and not motivated by commerce… and that had a strong appeal to me as well.

I like to channel ideas, thoughts or messages into my work that I wish to convey that I otherwise might never express. I also have a personal goal to expose as many people to art/photo and modeling as possible and to honor the power art has when it’s created and accepted.

I like to work fast, unconsciously and spontaneously. I concentrate on good materials from my immediate environment and preparing my surfaces. I like to work on 5 pieces of clothing at a time and watch myself and say "hmmm", in unison and unique. I have been pushing the level of integrity in my work a lot though lately, looking deeper into color and mood to better capture and translate the human experience and in this fashion world we live in. 􀀀􀀂

My work utilizes a range of mediums, composed of textures, patterns and shapes build a setting in which the human form is embedded, creating a visual representation of the complexities of the human experience and environment, how fabulous and stunning could that be; I say AMAZING!!!!.

Issy Flatley has been in Second Life for 2 years. She has explored all over and made new friends along the way. All though she has always had a great passion for the fashion industry she never fully took advantage of what the industry was about in Second Life.

She was introduced to the world of modeling though a close friend whom invited her to go to a fashion show. That first show sparked an interest for becoming a model in Issy. One that would not die out. And even still today burns brightly for Issy.

She loves fashion and takes any opportunity to go shopping and describes herself as a self confessed shopaholic, she also enjoys meeting new people and helping them out in anyway she can, spending time with her friends and family or just sitting on the beach reading a good book or magazine.

She is currently training with, Fashion Institute
- Associates Degree - ULTIMATE EXPOSURE MODELING AGENCY - Avenue Models Academy, and loves runway, print and live modeling. Her very first photo contest was for DMG Creations in July which she was placed 3rd in she then re entered in the August and came first.

For Issy, this day didn't seem like it would ever come. Winning the competition was a complete surprise, and a wonderful one for her. Winning, has given her a new found confidence in herself as a person. A confidence that has put her to new heights, and given her a little pep in her step. Her joy at finally having all her hard work come to it's first fruition is over flowing, and she hopes to one day be able to help someone feel that too. Winning this contest is her first step in her modeling career, one she hope to make a long and happy one.

Introduction: I have been working as a model in SL since October 2009. I love modeling and the whole SL Fashion Industry! I am a hard worker and I spend an insane amount of time on SL. Also, being a self motivated person who loves to talk and meet new people, I am always looking for ways to improve my modeling skills and this will allow me the room for opportunity to grow within the SL Modeling community. I would like to thank Docseree Mistwalker for the opportunity to further my modeling career, she was one of the first people to give me a chance at modeling in SL.

NEW RELEASE: Glitter Touch of Black Collection

INTRODUCING OUR NEW RELEASE FOR AUGUST MODELED AND NAMED AFTER OUR JUNE WINNER GLITTER BOLISSIMA. Glitter also shoot the pics (such an angel). Touch of Black Collection consists of 3 different flexi skirts that allows you to choose what to wear in whatever mood you are in: The Mini Flexi skirt allows you to show off that curves, the Long flowing skirt which is a trademark of DMG, and the Poofy skirt dress you up on a ballroom. I have included a short and long pants in every package. Word of advise. If you pose on the runway with fix AO you can use the short pants or if you dance and walk the runway. The long pants as an added extra is just included so u can wear it while standing on the runway with moving AO coz its not good to see legs popping out of that part of the skirt without a slit :). I also revised the permission on this new releases. MODIFY,COPY,NO TRANSFER so you can fit the skirt or adjust the color according to your preference and that your item dont get lost in your inventory. Purchase of the new releases allows you to enter our monthly contest.

Very versatile in my look with many different types of skins and shapes from a variety of designers, as well as numerous hair, eyes and clothing options. I have a custom made shape that I'm very proud of, so my look is unique to me. Katherine will receive a set of STUDIO NAILS and 4-5 outfit from Tres Beau. She will also be DMGs Exclusive Print/Catalog Model for August. She will receive an outfit named after her from DMG Creations and she will be E- Style Cover Model for August.

Flora will receive an outfit from DMG Creations of her choice. She will receive 30 day modelling contract with DMGs where she can grace the runway and earn depending on her devotion. She will be E-Style Centerfold Model for August.

The Monetary Prizes will follow once Pixelook send in their check.

Congratulations to the following models who made it to the finals this July, you are now one step closer to being our monthly winner. You will be receiving an invitation to the exclusive MODEL's Group wherein you will be given a title DMG Runway Model and will be allowed to walk the runway in a 30 day contract. Being in the runway doesnt add extra point for you to win but it allows you exposure and oppurtunity to mingle and be discovered. You will be joined by DMG LIVE MALE MODELS on the runway. The Live Male Models are permanent employees of DMG Creations. You are expected to observe proper decorum at all times and be patient with inquisitive customers. I am an 'old man" when it comes to my time on Second Life. I first rezzed here back in 2006...back in the days before Flexi Prims existed and the grid was filled with gambling casinos and slot machines. Even way back then I was trying to model but the oportunitys and quality clothing and skins for men were lacking, to say the least. Times have changed for the better in SL for we guys now. Being of an artistic nature I adore taking part in Photo contests like DMG's Creative look of the month because it allows me to create something unique with fashion. I like my photos to tell a little story. When I am not working on my Image as a model, I spend my time working on my own clothing line for men.

My SL has always been about having fun and doing things that I would not normally do in my RL. I have met so many wonderful people from all over the world. I recently got married and we have a wonderful daughter. I'm so happy with my relationship, I wouldn't trade it for anything in SL.

I have always love to window shop in SL, and I do it a lot. When I come across something that I really just can't walk away from, I buy it. So, that being said, I buy a lot. I love fashion in RL and SL, but in SL I just find it amazing how the designers can make our clothes look so realistic and so fashionable.

I'm really interested in being a model and learning as much as I can about it. I did a photo shoot for Eye Candy magazine which will be out in August and I also was just named as a showcase model for JCNY.

I'm thrilled to be considered as a DMG finalist, I love the dresses that are designed and I know I would represent the company well. I'm anxious to see what is in store for me now and I can't wait to hopefully fullfil my dream of becoming a model.

I am very honored and excited to win DMG Creative Look of the month. I love fashion in RL, but love it even more in SL because everything fits great in SL, no hiring a tailor here. Especially DMG designs, they always seem to fit just perfect with very little editing if any. ♛Glitter Bolissima has been a model in SL for over a year. She graduated from SuperElite Modeling Academy in March 2009 and also graduated from their Elite Class in April 2009. In May 2009 she was crowned Ms SL International and her modeling career took off from there. Over my past three years in SL I’ve accomplished many things: builder, sim designer, entrepreneur, store and sim owner and a model (my current and most self fulfilling endeavor); the list goes on and on and I’m sure that others will emerge in the future.

My professional modeling career has been fast and furious and am very grateful for the opportunities I have been given. I am a strong willed woman who works mercilessly to be the best I can be. I am proud of all my accomplishments, including being a Miss Virtual World 2011 Finalist representing the USA and becoming SuperElite's SuperSearch "Miss Autumn 2010."

I am also the Director of Sophisticated Secretes Modeling Agency (SSMA) and am thankful I was chosen to be a part of such a strong and wonderful group to work beside.

I look forward to the many challenges and opportunities my SL holds in store for me and am grateful I am here to experience them with those around me.

I am honored to have been chosen as a finalist again for DMG.

I have been modeling for over a year now in SL. Shortly after graduating SuperElite Academy along with their Elite course, I was crowned Ms. SL International and my career took off from there. I was also crowned Ms Rezz 2010 in March '10.

I have worked as a print, runway and magazine model as well as live, commercial and video modeling. I take great pride in modeling and have fun at with it at the same time.

I am the Director of Catalyst of Fantasy's Modeling Academy and I also train there. I mentor a handful of new models as well as some older ones too *smiles*

I confess, I'm a shopaholic which qualifies me to have a career in the SL modelling industry. After learning some skills finishing the advance class at Catalyst of fantasy, I became one of their models. Since then I am also represented by Premiere, Poison and DejaVogue.
There are 2 designers I work for Amutey DeCuir's top model at Bliss Couture and Mea Carnell's Aimesi model.
I have been in only 2 competitions.
~ Finalist at JCNY 3rd & 4th weeks Oct
~ Winner in a tie with Mia Rebane Miss Virtual World for "Make It Work 3" a Style competition sponsored by model's workshop.

I am thrilled and honored to become a finalist in DMG's Creative Look competition. Everyone did a great job so I am sure it was a tough decision for our judges. I thank DMG for a great outfit selection and this opportunity to be part of such a fun contest. I also thank those that voted for me.

Since I began as a model in SL every day is a new challenge, a new oportunity to meet new wonderful people from all over the world with the same hunger to learn more and more about the different cultures and the fashion world. Hello, my name is Lars Foulsbane.
I started modelling in February 2010 as a Store Model for a company,
the owner asked me, as I went there for the opening party. I started to have an interesst in the Modelling World with this first job. My whole life in Second Life, I was always addicted to fashion, to find the latest outfit or the best new store. As I started as a store model, I also did some castings and joined some agencies like EMA, D'ior, Deja Vouge and others.
I was a JCNY Showcase Model through March and gained a lot of experience and knowledge through this.
I walked for different companies and different styles, so i was part of the SOURCE Show from D'ior and walking soon for Farouche on the Fashion Alert Sim.

My name is Slowly Bury and I have been around for about 3 years. I started taking an intrest in modeling in December 2008 with some light in-store modeling but really became very involved in June 2009, when I started my first training.IMy first big acheivement was being named Miss Uzuri in November 2009 and since then I have had many other great things happen for me. REASON FOR MODELING
Fashion has been a very personal element in my life, since the days I watched some of my aunts and uncles work through their designs and artistic endeavours in my childhood. They taught me to view fashion and art as a way of expressing my individuality rather than something to follow with labels and designers. This has been the foremost reason why I have always sought out the progressive, the conceptual, and the unique. As an Asian model, I hope to further develop these elements while portraying to the community a new perspective on fashion, beauty, and art.

PERSONA
Amongst those closest to me, I am notorious for seeking out new ways of seeing the world. Often, this means putting myself into challenging and new situations that bring me out of my comfort zone. As a result, I tend to be an open, honest person who likes to analyse the surface and then look beyond to the next layers. I am easygoing, friendly, and constantly self-improving through seeking constructive feedback. I live by a tenet of Heraclitus of Ephesus, a pre-Socratic Greek philosopher known for his doctrine of change perpetuating the universe, who stated, "No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it's not the same river and he's not the same man."

DAMMY EMMONS

Hello, I am Dammy, I come from Sicily and I am in SL since almost 3 years.
In all this time a lot of things happened to me, but if I try to look back, I can easily find a common denominator: my passion for fashion.

I can remember like it was yesterday, when I was just a little more than a newbie and I tryed to create clothes and pose to take pictures of them, all by myself.

Since my those rudimental tentatives I could understand quite soon that this was exactly what I wanted to do in sl: being a model, wearing fantastic clothes and pose for pictures of them.

I temporary worked for some club, where I used to dance and entertain people, and honestly it made me understand that I am more interested in fashion.
I actually work as a model at Pole Fashion Main Store, where most of all I pose showing their quality skins.

Oh, and of course, I am the classic "fashion victim", I spend very long time having shopping, when I look for lovely dresses and fabolous shoes.
I also like to decorate my house, that is what I do for most of my free time.

In real life I already have a degree, and now I study hard to realize my dream: help people with brain damages.

Hey, I'm Badboy. I have been on SL since September of 2007. I mostly enjoy the social aspect of SL, but also enjoy looking my best.
